We needed more cool air in the master bedroom. Josh and a helper came out to inspect, and found a duct leak to fix. Josh also suggested that I close off some of the living room vents at bed time to redirect more air to the master bedroom. That did it ! Now, "happy wife/happy life!"

My Air conditioning went out hours before leaving for vacation and I didn't want to leave the house sitter without air for a week. I called about 5 different companies in the southbay and all of them wanted to charge an outrageous fee just to come out and look at the air conditioner, even if they didn't do the work. Then I called ambient air and spoke with josh. Josh was very professional and nice. He came out the next morning and fixed the air conditioner and didn't try to sell me unneeded stuff. Since I was out of town, josh left me a bill and said I could pay when I got back. That's the honesty I look for in a company when I need one and josh provided that. So, if you need a repair, call josh at ambient air and he will take care of you.

Wanted to install A/C in our house. We were referred to Ambient Air by our building contractor. Called and made an appointment for an estimate. Josh showed up promptly at the appointed time. We walked through the house, discussed the job, what would be easy and what would be hard to do. The estimate came two days later and was right on with what I expected for this job. We scheduled the job, the team showed up and went to work. Josh, Joe, Robert, and Al were all very courteous, respectful, careful, and professional. They explained what was being done along the way, keeping me apprised of any issues. The job took a little longer than expected (Josh and I discussed this going in and I knew it was likely), but the job came out perfect!. The installation is clean and elegant. Josh was very fair about the changes that had to be made, and in the end, came in under the original estimate by about 5%. We are very happy with the outcome and will use Ambient Air in the future for HVAC needs!
